Lead generation platform
A website that brings in customers. People find out in seconds whether fiber reaches their address and request a call — and after installation the same site helps them set up their internet.
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Supabase
- Vercel
- OpenRouter
- MCP
The client is an installer in the US who connects home fiber internet and earns a reward for every new customer. Customers came through friends and neighbors, and for every address the first question was: does fiber actually reach it? If not, the conversation was wasted. And after installation, people called with the same questions: how to connect to Wi-Fi, how to set up the router app.
What was needed was a platform covering the whole customer journey: from the first visit to the request — and help after installation.
Address check
A person types an address or sends their location with one tap. The address is geocoded, and the answer comes from the federal regulator's open coverage data by census block. Within seconds they see: fiber available, partially available, coming soon or not available.
A compliant request
The person picks a plan — only the plans actually available on their block are shown — and leaves a phone number. In the US you may call people only with their consent, so the consent checkbox sits right next to the number, and the exact consent text and its version, time, IP and browser are stored.
CRM and customer reporting
Requests with statuses and next-step deadlines; a request goes to the sales reps in one click. A customer's card shows their path through the site.
Visitor analytics
A funnel from the first screen to the request: where people stop, what the address check answered, which sources and devices bring customers. For every visit, a second-by-second activity feed. Names and phone numbers never enter analytics, and IP addresses are stored only as hashes.
Help center
After installation, the installer leaves the customer a QR code. It opens the help center: detailed step-by-step guides built on real screenshots from the apps — connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up the router app — and answers to the problems customers get stuck on most. The CRM shows how many visits each QR code brought.
AI assistant and a door for AI agents
At every step, and in the help center, people can ask the assistant: it knows the guides and works with any model via OpenRouter. For ChatGPT, Claude and other agents the site has llms.txt, structured data, an API and MCP: an agent checks the address and submits a request itself, and the person confirms it.
The hard parts
No request gets lost
If someone ticked the box and entered a name and number but left without pressing the button, the request is saved as a draft and the installer gets a notification.
Calling law
A number without the consent checkbox is never stored at all: in the US, a call without consent can cost a fine of $500 to $1,500.
Architecture built to grow
From day one, every request stores its source and the consent to share it with specific companies. The platform can grow from one county to the whole country and to several buyers without a rewrite.
- Next.js, TypeScriptwebsite, CRM, analytics and API.
- Supabase (Postgres)requests, consents, visits, coverage data.
- Vercelhosting.
- OpenRouterAI assistant.
- MCPconnecting AI agents.
The platform is live with real customers: address check, requests with consent, CRM with reporting, visitor analytics, a help center with guides and an AI assistant. The installer sees every customer's path from the first screen to the call — and spends time on people who actually have fiber.
