Lab results integrated into the medical system
The lab results module is integrated into the clinic's medical information system with built-in AI agents. Results from the labs land in the medical system on their own, and the staff time spent on them went down.

The clinic's tests are processed by outside labs. Every result has to be received, matched to the right patient, the patient told it's ready, the results sent to them and a copy filed in the paper chart.
All of this was done by hand and took the staff about four hours a day.
A lab results module integrated into the clinic's medical information system. Built-in AI agents took over the routine operations, and staff review and approve the outcome. The module is made of several parts — each does one job and stays out of the others' way.
Mail intake
A service collects the labs' emails from the mail server, filters out everything else, saves the files under naming rules and only then deletes the email. No result is lost, even if something breaks halfway.
Recognition
An app extracts text from the PDFs, matches each result to a patient in the medical system and sets a status: “ready”, “incomplete”, “missing”. A detailed log explains every decision.
Ready-results queue
A web console for staff: the patient gets a text message through a GSM gateway and results by email, and copies are printed for the paper charts.
Search
A simple form: type a surname, find the result, print it.

The status of every result lives only in the medical system. There is no second database to drift out of sync.
Surgical writes into someone else's system
Each table of the medical system is written by exactly one dedicated writer module — and only with what it is allowed to change.
The console is behind a login
Otherwise anyone on the network could print forms and text patients.

The lab results module is integrated into the medical information system with built-in AI agents. Staff time spent on lab results dropped from about four hours a day to 30 minutes: staff review and approve a ready report, file copies into charts and handle only the disputed cases by hand. A paper archive of results is no longer needed, and much less paper is used.
Three and a half hours a day were given back to people.
